ESET’s solution for smartphones, ESET Mobile Security Business Edition proved its efficiency in detecting mobile threats on the Symbian platform (June 2011).

ESET NOD32 Antivirus has achieved the highest number of VB100 Awards, and never missed a single "In the Wild" virus, a testament to the consistent high-quality performance of ESET security across all platforms.
 

ESET has always received the highest "Advanced+" ratings in retrospective testing, as well as the "Product of the Year Bronze Award" in 2009.

According to Forbes' Andy Greenberg in 2008, "ESET may be the most effective virus scanner you’ve never heard of."

In 2009, ESET was highly rated by power users in the Antivirus Software Satisfaction Survey conducted by Japan-based ASCII General Research Institute.

In 2009, the leading periodical for IT professionals SC Magazine awarded ESET Smart Security five out of five possible stars.

In May 2010, ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition was awarded with the "Citrix Ready" certification. This certification confirms that the solution works effectively on Citrix XenApp virtual environments.
 

In September 2010, ESET Smart Security received the VMware Ready certification, which ensures that ESET is fully compatible with the VMware environment.

ESET Smart Security Business Edition was successfully tested by TUV and is authorized to use TUV’s “Approved Virus Protection” label.

ESET Mobile Security is the first solution that earned a certificate in the category of Mobile Security Loss Control for its inbuilt Anti-Theft functionality
(June 2011).

In June 2011, ESET received a certificate from the prestigious West Coast Labs testing organization that professes that ESET security solutions are able to detect Chinese malware.

ESET Smart Security has received certificates from AV-Test.org for OS Windows XP and  7. To obtain such certificate products must score high in the areas protection, repair and usability.
 

ESET NOD32 Antivirus was certified for malware detection and cleaning (2011). In addition, ESET NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition for Mac OS X is the fist product to have achieved ICSA certification for OS X.

ESET Smart Security has passed every test by West Coast Lab and has been certified with Checkmark (2010).

The Business Editions of ESET Smart Security and ESET NOD32 Antivirus completed the rigorous testing program and both garnered OESISOK certification from OPSWAT.
 

In 2009, ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4 and ESET Smart Security obtained the “Compatible with Windows 7” logo.
