ESET money-back guarantee allows you to request for a refund if you are not satisfied with our product. The ESET money-back guarantee is valid for:
- All ESET products purchased online from ESET Middle East eStore
- up to 15 days from the purchase date on the ESET eStore
Request for refund must be done within 15 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please mail us at online@esetme.com with your purchase reference number.
