INF/Autorun is the most often detected threat worldwide
The ranking of global threats is led by INF/Autorun with an overall share of 5.75%, followed by Win32/Conficker worm. The latter has registered an increase of nearly 5 percent month-to-month. Moreover, ESET’s automatic malware collection system has registered an increase of the file infector Win32/Sality (2.19%).

EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST, AFRICA (EMEA)
In the EMEA region, INF/Autorun is the most-widespread infiltration, achieving especially high shares in Austria (4.06%), Egypt (8.34%), Israel (6.18%), South Africa (9.97%), and Spain (3.30%).
After a period of respite, Win32/Conficker is once again the number one threat in Hungary (3.24%), and Russia (5.26%). In Czech Republic, same as the previous month, Win32/Yimfoca is the number one threat with 4.23%.
In Scandinavia, the top infiltration is Java/TrojanDownloader - a malware-downloading trojan written in the Java scripting language . Throughout November, this type of threat has reached a share of 4.68%, in Norway 4.08%, and in Finland 2.61%.
