We are currently looking for a candidate to cover a newly open position of Procurement Specialist.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual with relevant procurement experience to enrich the existing Procurement team. Reporting to the Procurement & Operations Manager you will manage, implement and execute procurement activities, focused on various commodities. Responsibilities and duties will include market/potential suppliers analysis, managing tenders, negotiations with suppliers, contract reweaving/updating and claims solving.

• preparing analysis, reports and other documents
• preparing terms for contracts, reviewing contracts
• solving claims
• evaluation of suppliers
• preparing budget for the assigned area of procurement
• searching saving opportunities

Requirements

• University education (Master's degree)
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Professional procurement experience and knowledge

• 2-3 years of professional experience in similar position
• In depth understanding of procurement tools and practices
• Pragmatic procurement and business point of view
• Professional experience with budgeting, negotiations and dealing with suppliers
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients, good time-management, drive and goal orientation
• Ability to build good long-term relationships with internal clients and suppliers
• Professional approach, excellent communications and very good presentation skills
• Team player but required to be highly independent at times
• Sense of humor
