Jumper

This is a boot virus having no extraordinary qualities. It attacks boot sectors of diskettes and MBR of hard disks. The infection occurs only upon an attempt to load system from an infected diskette. The virus reserves 2 KB on the top of the memory by manipulating the BIOS variable on the address 0:413h and hooks the interrupt INT 13h. Afterwards the virus infects all diskettes in the drive with exception of write-protected ones.
