This is a memory resident, boot, stealth virus. Upon an attempt to load the system from an infected diskette the virus writes its body into the first sector of zero side of the hard disk. The virus stores the original contents into the second sector. In becomes resident on the top of the memory and occupies only 1 kB there. When diskettes are being infected the virus stores the original boot sector into the last sector of the main directory. The application of stealth technology is witty and economical. Nothing is known about the origin of this virus but the text at the beginning of the virus body (by which the virus was given its name) suggests that it can be considered for “Slavonic”.
