ESET Releases Next Generation of Linux Server Products
ESET, the leader in proactive protection against cyber-threats, today announced the release of its fourth generation of security solutions for Unix-based servers. ESET File Security for Linux/BSD/Solaris, ESET Mail Security for Linux/BSD/Solaris and ESET Gateway Security for Linux/BSD/Solaris are now available through ESET's reseller network.
The latest line-up of Linux server products protects file servers, mail servers and gateway servers from known and emerging malware threats, extends management capabilities and delivers an improved user experience. In addition to updated core features, ESET Mail Security also adds support for Novell GroupWise collaborative software.

Key Improvements in Version 4
All three new products bring lightweight yet powerful protection for heavy-duty servers based on the Unix platform. Featuring ThreatSense®, the industry's proven proactive technology for detecting all types of threats, version 4 has an improved web-interface with more configuration options, new scheduling features to simplify system administration, improved scanning engine for up-to-date and accurate detection, and support for FreeBSD 8.x.
