The Toronto Region Board of Trade

The Toronto Region Board of Trade (TBOT) is one of the largest and most influential chambers of commerce in North America. The constant flow of ideas, people and introductions to city-builders and government officials, firmly roots the TBOT as connectors for, and with, the business community. The TBOT acts as catalysts for the region’s growth agenda. Backed by more than 12,000 members, the TBOT advocates on behalf of its members for policy change that drives the growth and competitiveness of the Toronto region. EDUCAUSE® is a nonprofit association comprising information technology leaders and professionals committed to advancing IT and its role in higher education, data privacy and more. As a corporate member, ESET provides speakers and other resources for EDUCAUSE events throughout the year, and is a major exhibitor at the annual EDUCAUSE conference.

National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA)

The mission of the non-profit NCSA is to collaborate with government, corporate, non-profit and academic sectors to empower citizens to use the Internet securely and safely. ESET and NCSA began working together in 2009 with the formation of the public-private partnership that developed STOP. THINK. CONNECT., the national public awareness campaign for cyber security. NCSA also collaborated with ESET in the formation of the Securing Our eCity Foundation.

Canada Fraud Prevention Forum

Chaired by the Competition Bureau, the Fraud Prevention Forum is a concerned group of more than 100 private sector firms, consumer and volunteer groups, government agencies and law enforcement organizations, who are committed to fighting fraud aimed at consumers and businesses. Through its partners, the Forum works to prevent Canadians from becoming victims of fraud by educating them on how to recognize, reject and report it.

Since 2004, the Forum has been organizing Fraud Prevention Month campaigns to increase awareness of fraud and promote confidence in the marketplace.

MISA/ASIM National Vendor

MISA-ASIM welcomes members from the municipal sector, as well as IT & Communications organizations from across North America. They offer a variety of forums that encourage networking and business development, including large conferences, regional workshops, professional development training and social events. MISA was founded on the concepts of sharing best practices, collaboration among peers and volunteerism. These attributes remain fundamental to who they are and how they operate. MISA/ASIM chapters across Canada work closely together and guide the evolution of their national body, MISA/ASIM Canada.

HIMSS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society) is a global, cause-based non-profit focused on better health through information technology. As a Platinum corporate member, ESET provides speakers, expertise and support for such HIMSS events as National Healthcare IT week. ESET also participates in the annual HIMSS conference.
