San Diego, July 9, 2020: ESET, a global leader in cybersecurity, has enhanced its partner program for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to include new enterprise security offerings, incentives, training and an updated Marketing Center. Key updates to the program include:

Health Check: Announced today here, this new VIP inspection service provides a creative resource for MSPs to drive loyalty and support their SMB and enterprise customers during a crisis. The comprehensive service also empowers MSPs with upsell opportunities when supporting organizations who require a different toolbox of IT security products to support their newly distributed workforce.

New Licensing Portal with Encryption/Authentication Offerings: Supported by a new licensing portal, MSPs can now offer their customers a broader range of security products, including ESET’s two-factor authentication product, Full Disk Encryption and ESET Dynamic Threat Defense.

Cybersecurity Awareness Training: An organization’s cybersecurity posture is only as strong as its weakest link. MSPs are now able to offer ESET Cybersecurity Awareness Training to their SMB and enterprise customers.

Marketing Center: ESET has updated its Marketing Center for MSPs. Recognizing that this growing partner base needed a different set of individualized training, tools and content, ESET has created resources and engaging campaigns dedicated to MSPs that empower them to sell more – including a Remote Workforce campaign that was launched in response to COVID-19. The updated Marketing Center includes customizable co-branded materials, new landing pages, drip campaigns, social media resources and more.

In addition, sales ready leads in the Marketing Center are tracked back to the partner – allowing them to review data and manage leads without sharing contact information with ESET. This empowers MSPs to retain full control and privacy of their customer and prospective customer databases.

“As businesses look to outsource their IT and keep their businesses protected in this new environment, MSPs are a critical security partner in communities around the world,” said Hope McCluskey, director of partner marketing at ESET. “We have been thrilled to support the rapid growth of the MSP partner community, and today’s news showcases the investments we are making in the channel and in this strategic partner base. By listening to our Partner Council members, ESET will continue to make sure that the MSP community gets the most value from the licensing platform and updated Marketing Center.”

ESET’s MSP program continues to be a major focus for ESET in North America. The ESET Marketing Center is free to use for all U.S., Canadian and Caribbean partners purchasing directly or indirectly from ESET.  For more information or to apply, please visit ESET’s Partner Site.
