Newsweek Magazine, together with Statista, a data research company, named ESET to their Best Business Tools 2019 list. ESET achieved an 83.8 out of a possible 100 score, higher than any antivirus vendor included. Products evaluated include ESET Smart Security Premium, ESET Internet Security and ESET NOD32 Antivirus.

In 2019 alone, ESET has won the Channel Partner Insights MSP Innovation Award, achieved “Champion” status in the Canalys Cybersecurity Leadership Matrix, partnered with Alphabet’s Chronicle, won Silver and Gold awards in AV-Comparatives testing and won the PC Magazine Readers’ Choice Award for best security suite.

Newsweek and Statista polled 11,500 professional users of software services, including 1,500 members of Generation Z (those born in 1995 or thereafter). Their precise methodology is listed here.

The survey examined the participant's willingness to recommend the vendor and asked them to rate the vendor in “categories of trust, service promise, reliability, security, improvement and satisfaction.”
