Calling all nonprofits: ESET to award $30k in prize money with “Nonprofit Pitch Fest” to help usher in its 30-year anniversary

This year, ESET celebrates 30 years of its continuous innovation in IT security. As part of the company’s commitment to continue to build a safer digital world, ESET is launching a Nonprofit Pitch Fest, which invites U.S. nonprofits to enter to win funds for their initiative or program in one of the following three categories:

  •          Women in Technology
  •          Cybersecurity Education and/or STEM/STEAM Education
  •          Innovation/Start-up Economy

Representatives from 501(c)(3) U.S.-based organizations that share in ESET’s vision of building a safer digital world are invited to apply by answering an essay question, and then procuring public votes. (Contest details and rules can be found here.) 

ESET will award $30,000 in total prize money: The first-place winner of the Nonprofit Pitch Fest will be awarded $20,000, and five runners-up will each receive $2,000. Winners will be announced on October 16, 2017, during National Cyber Security Awareness Month.
