How can I convert my trial to a paid subscription?

If you are converting to a paid tier for under 100 endpoints, you can easily upgrade your free trial to a paid subscription using this link. Log in with your existing Activation Key to keep all the settings that you have implemented during the trial.

Does ESET offer automatic renewal?

Yes, and when you purchase online automatic renewal is enabled.

ESET uses automatic renewal to ensure that your ESET subscriptions and products are always up to date and providing continuous, year-round protection.

When automatic renewal is enabled, we use the payment details that we have on file for you to automatically renew your subscription at the end of your subscription period. We will, of course, inform you about upcoming automatic renewal and about the cost of renewal 30 days before your renewal date (for annual subscriptions), and after your subscription automatically renews we will email you the transaction details.

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time after logging into your account using your activation key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
