ESET File Security for Linux receives VB100 award

BRATISLAVA - ESET File Security 3.0.20 for Linux has received a “VB100”, the award from Virus Bulletin, UK’s independent testing antivirus authority. “Nothing could stop ESET’s inexorable progress towards yet another VB100 award,” said John Hawes from the Virus Bulletin in the official evaluation. The report concludes: “ESET’s Linux edition was provided as a single 41MB.DEB package, and installed easily with minimal fuss ... Detection rates were solid across the sets.” This performance has secured ESET  its overall  66th VB100 Award.
