Hewitt Associates unveils study about best employers for 2009
A recent study ′Best Employers in Slovakia 2009' awarded ESET second place in the SME category. The study results revealed above-standard motivation of its employees who, in an independet survey, have higlighted the company’s laid-back atmosphere and creative work environment.
The prize was received by ESET CEO Miroslav Trnka who commented: "The recognition is a testament to our good relations and mutual respect that permeates the company. It is also reflective of a generous benefit package we provide our employees."
ESET, a new entrant to the Hewitt Associates study was chosen based on the results showing above-average level of motivation of its workforce as well as the high degree of satisfaction with the company’s social benefits program. Hewitt Associates in their studies evaluates the management of human resources, monitoring and weighing the factors that go into making companies good employers. The study ranks the best employees in Central Europe, including Slovakia.
