Empowering Women in Cybersecurity and STEM

ESET has always been dedicated to championing diversity, equity, and inclusion through global initiatives and programs. We are proud to continue this commitment by launching the ESET Cybersecurity Scholarship in partnership with Ashoka University in India. This initiative aims to create more opportunities for women to excel in cybersecurity and STEM, fostering the next generation of leaders in this dynamic field.

India is a thriving hub for technology and innovation, yet women remain underrepresented in key STEM sectors like cybersecurity. As emerging technologies such as generative AI reshape the industry, it is more important than ever to ensure diverse perspectives drive ethical and inclusive cybersecurity solutions.

At ESET, we are committed to bridging this gender gap by providing financial support and mentorship to aspiring women in cybersecurity and STEM. By investing in talent today, we can drive innovation, close the skills gap, and build a more secure digital future for all. Are you ready to make an impact?
