Sydney, October 19 – ESET is pleased to announce the launch of a new Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service in partnership with Chillisoft. Suitable for businesses of all sizes, the new service offers the power of ESET’s world leading Endpoint Protection and Response (EDR) platform with Chillisoft’s 24/7 support and expertise. The MDR service provides customers with remotely delivered modern security operation centre capabilities to rapidly detect, analyse, investigate and actively respond to threats.

Partners can manage licenses easily through the self-service ESET MSP Administrator web-interface, adjusting seats or making other admin changes in seconds, without having to contact ESET. When they need it they have the advantage of premium sales, presales and technical support via the dedicated local ESET and Chillisoft teams.
