ESET and ConnectWise enhance partnership in Australia

ESET Australia and ConnectWise have announced an enhancement of their long-standing global partnership with a new localised agreement. The new-look partnership bolsters the existing global agreement with dedicated local support and revamped pricing, creating a more aligned and strategic alliance between the two companies.

ESET Australia’s Head of Sales Luke Holland says the new agreement comes off the back of a busy 12 months for ESET establishing strong partnerships in Australia and building the team to support them. “We’ve made significant investment in the past year to build a strong team for the local market. For a company like ESET, with global support, research and product development resources, the crucial piece of the puzzle remains being focused on the needs of the local market and resourced to serve those needs. This new deal with ConnectWise exemplifies that approach. Our products are fully integrated into ConnectWise’s platform and in addition to access to dedicated local support, we've brought new pricing to the table to ensure they are competitive offerings.”

Holland says ConnectWise customers can now connect directly to ESET’s local support with the global ESET team backing them up for out-of-hours issues.
