Customer testimonial

I hereby grant consent to ESET, spol. s r.o., for itself, its subsidiaries and associated entities with principal place of business at Einsteinova 24, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, BIN: 31 333 532, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I. Section Sro, Insertion No 3586/B to use my first name, last name, country of residency and my testimonials in ESET‘s promotional and/or advertising campaigns, including but not limited in marketing materials; the consent includes ESET’s entitlement to use my testimonials for promotional, advertising and commercial purposes or otherwise.

I agree that ESET shall have all rights in exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide manner accepted under the law. ESET shall be entitled to use the testimonials in any manner including but not limited to right to reproduce and publish testimonials.
