Auto-renewal Policy
To ensure uninterrupted protection, your ESET subscription will automatically renew annually unless you choose to opt out before your renewal date.
Renewal Reminders
We will send reminder emails beginning approximately 30 days before your subscription is due to renew. These reminders will include information about your upcoming renewal, including the applicable renewal price and how to manage your subscription preferences.
Automatic Renewal
Unless you opt out of automatic renewal, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional licence period upon expiry of the current licence term. The applicable renewal fee will be charged using the payment method registered to your account.
Renewal Pricing
Payment of Software Purchased Under a Subscription Model
Upon renewal, you will be charged the Recommended Retail Price (RRP), or such other renewal price applicable to your subscription plan, that is in effect on the renewal date. The renewal price may differ from the price paid for the initial subscription term or any previous renewal term changes, promotions, taxes, currency fluctuations, regulatory requirements, or other factors.
By enrolling in automatic renewal, you acknowledge and agree that the renewal fee may be higher or lower than the fee paid for a previous subscription term.
The applicable renewal price will be communicated to you in your renewal reminder before any payment is processed.
Cancellation of Automatic Renewal
If you do not wish to proceed with the automatic renewal of your subscription, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date in accordance with our cancellation procedure.
Where applicable, any refund request following a renewal will be subject to our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Opting Out of Automatic Renewal
You may opt out of automatic renewal at any time by notifying us in writing, provided that no payments are due and outstanding to us.
Any outstanding payments owed to us must be paid in full and in cleared funds before your opt-out request can be processed.
Keeping Your Information Up to Date
Upon renewal, payment will be taken using the payment details we currently hold for you. Software, updates, upgrades, support services, and renewal notifications will be provided using the contact information associated with your account.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment details, email address, and other account information remain accurate and up to date.
We shall not be liable for any loss, interruption of service, failed renewal, missed notification, inability to provide software, updates, upgrades, or support services resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by you.
