Our Commitment to Women in STEM

Since 2022, ESET Australia has been all about championing women in cybersecurity. We've had the privilege of supporting incredible women chasing their cyber dreams, offering financial assistance to help turn their aspirations into reality.

But here's the thing-according to the 2024 Cybersecurity Workforce Study by (ISC)², women still make up only 14.4% of the cybersecurity workforce, while men account for 79.6%. With game-changing technologies like generative Al on the rise, we need more diverse voices shaping the future. After all, cybersecurity and Al should be ethical, secure, and built for everyone.

That's why ESET is committed to creating more opportunities for women to lead in cybersecurity and Al. Together, we can close the gap, drive innovation, and build a safer, more inclusive digital world. Who's with us?
