I have always worked in various HR roles. However, I have had no formal training or qualifications. After applying for ESET and expressing my interest in HR during the interview, they supported me in taking my CIPD Level 3 exams. Following completion, I moved on to my Level 5 CIPD and have recently completed this. Thanks to ESET, I now have the HR qualifications to become a chartered member of the CIPD.

I had the privilege of being offered a significant opportunity that changed the trajectory of my career. I was entrusted with the role of Marketing Operations Manager, a position I eagerly embraced. In my new role, I am leveraging my years of experience and my passion for data-driven decision-making to steer marketing operations to new heights.
