ESET Mobile Security is a complete security solution that safeguards your device from emerging threats and phishing pages, and allows you to take control of your device remotely in the event of loss or theft. To install ESET Mobile Security on your device, you simply need to download the ESET Home Security app and activate your premium account using the activation key that will have been emailed to you upon subscription purchase. If you have an ESET Home account, you can also add your device through your ESET Home console, downloading the app on the device and activating it separately.

You can renew, enlarge or upgrade your subscription at any time.

Start by logging into your account using your licence/ activation key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).

• To renew your subscription, select the “Extend” option and adjust the period or number of devices you’d like to cover.
• If you wish to add additional devices under the original expiration date, select “Enlarge” and adjust the number of devices you’d like to cover. We’ll match the expiry date and calculate the pro-rated price for your extra devices.

If these options are not present in your account, it’s likely that your subscription has already expired. If this is the case, we recommend purchasing a new subscription.

If you are not sure how to renew or enlarge your subscription , please contact us for more support. 

By enabling automatic renewal, you agree that at the end of your licence period, we will automatically renew your licence using the payment details currently on file. For more details, see our auto-renewal policy.

We will inform you about upcoming automatic renewal prices 30 days before your renewal date (for annual subscriptions) and after your subscription automatically renews, we will email you the transaction details. 

Automatic renewal is continuous, unless you turn it off after your purchase, via your account. Turning off automatic renewal will not cancel your licence – your ESET protection will continue until your licence expires. We will notify you before licence expiration so that you may renew manually. 

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time.

2. Proceed to the Licence Management page, where you may use the “Automatic renewal” slider to cancel the renewal of your subscription. 
3. Confirm your selection to renew manually.

ESET Security Ultimate, ESET Smart Security Premium, ESET Internet Security, ESET NOD32 Antivirus and VPN run on any computer with Microsoft Windows® 10, 11 and higher operating systems.

macOS:
ESET Cyber Security and VPN run on macOS 13 and higher operating systems.

Android:
ESET Mobile Security, VPN and ESET Smart TV Security run on Android 9.0 and higher operating systems. An Internet connection is required.

iOS:
ESET VPN runs on iOS 13 and higher operating systems. ESET HOME runs on iOS 16 and higher operating systems.

Router:
VPN for Router requires a model that includes VPN client support for OpenVPN and/or WireGuard. For best speed, use a modern router with strong CPU.
