Please be aware

ESET UK has now introduced a full support ticketing system. For security and logging purposes, if you choose to call in, you will now be required to provide details relating to the ESET licence that you are contacting us about before we will be able to provide support.

Please ensure that you have your licence details to hand when you call, which can be found by following:

  • In your ESET licence details email
  • For Windows ESET security products, please open the ESET program and go to help and support > details for technical support
  • For macOS ESET security products, please open ESET from the top bar then go to help > details for customer care
  • For ESET Security Management Center, please go to more > licence management
  • For ESET Endpoint Encryption client, please right click on the ESET Endpoint Encryption icon and click on about > more
  • For ESET Endpoint Encryption Server, please click on the organisation name > licences > details

If any of the above isn't available, you may be able to find through:

  • An existing case reference number
  • The email address directly associated to the licence
