Lost ESET licence

Retrieve your lost or forgotten ESET licence

When you purchase an ESET product, you will receive an email from ESET containing your ESET-issued username, password and licence key, along with other important licence information. This email will be delivered to the email address used at the time of purchase. If you have not received this email, please check your junk or spam email folder.

If your ESET product is already installed, you can easily find your licence details – simply open the app and use the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + U.

Please email us on CustomerServices@eset.co.uk with your name, telephone number and with the email address you have used for your ESET account.

If you are a Business customer, we recommend you use ESET Business Account to manage and retrieve your license information.
