Senior Product Manager -
Identity Security

ESET is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our Identity Security portfolio. In this role, you will drive innovation across identity protection areas such as Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM), and risk-adaptive authentication, helping organizations better secure identities and access.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for identity security capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for identity security modules such as ITDR, ISPM, risk-adaptive authentication, and identity risk analytics.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams to define, design and deliver new product capabilities.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and industry monitoring.
• Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful product execution and positioning.
• Act as a identity security matter expert, present product strategy and progress to internal leadership and external audiences.

• Senior Experience as a Product Manager in a technology or software company with focus on IT security products
• 2+ years experience with identity security solutions or technologies
• Experience delivering identity or identity security solutions (IAM, authentication, identity protection).
• Proven ability to define product vision and strategy.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cybersecurity products
• Knowledge of IAM, compliance frameworks, identity risk analysis, attack path modeling and threat detection.
• Experience with technical systems integration
