ESET CEO Richard Marko was voted the “Most Respected CEO” in a survey of company leaders in Slovakia, conducted by PwC and Forbes Magazine (Slovak edition). The CEOs from Slovakia’s leading companies were asked to name the person whom they value the most for management skills, success and personal qualities.

Already the 3rd of its kind, the 2015 poll saw the participation of 121 business leaders, the award announcement came at a gala ceremony held in Bratislava last night.

“I have great appreciation for this award which is a result of a vote by my colleagues from influential Slovak companies. However, it is not an award just for myself, it mirrors the team spirit and work of entire ESET. We will do our best to keep the trust,” says ESET CEO Richard Marko.

“Uniqueness of the Most Respected CEO award lies in the fact that it is a peer-to-peer acknowledgement. CEOs are a tough bunch to impress, so being chosen by them as the most respected CEO in Slovakia is a huge achievement,“ stressed Todd Bradshaw, Country Managing Partner, PwC Slovakia.
