We are very pleased to announce that we have moved into our new office!
ESET UK, was originally a Distribution business that sold and represented SAGE products in the UK. In 2003, we started selling ESET AV software as it was, in our view, the only AV on the market that could detect and remove the Melissa virus.
We became the sole distributor for ESET products and services in 2005, exclusively providing ESET products and technical support to the UK.
Mark James and Alan Thake were responsible in a large part for the move from SAGE to ESET. Mark still works for the company and at almost 19 years is one of the longest serving members of staff.
Unfortunately Alan Thake passed in 2015, he is now remembered with The Alan Thake Award, which is awarded to the person we see as most embodying ESET’s values.
We became a fully-fledged part of ESET when we were acquired by our Head Office in 2016.
After reaching full capacity at our previous office, we knew that if we wanted to grow we had to find a new place.
Enter Holland House. Located in Bournemouth, just 10 minutes from the town centre, our new premises gives us the opportunity for much more growth, far more space, vastly improved communal areas and even better views.
We are extremely excited about what this new office represents for ESET in the UK and we hope you’ll enjoy watching ESET advance over the next few years.
