When will I get my free trial?

As with our cybersecurity solutions, ESET provides a 24/7 service. Your trial will be delivered immediately – within twenty minutes under most circumstances, or within two hours if in more complex circumstances. Please keep an eye on your spam folder in case the activation message is diverted there.

Can my trial be longer than 30 days?

Our free trial will allow you to activate ESET PROTECT Advanced for up to 25 seats for 30 days. But we understand that it’s a sophisticated solution and you may need more time to explore the functionality of ESET PROTECT Advanced. No problem! We can prolong your trial length to as much as three months. You can complete our contact form – or just ask our sales support expert, who will reach out after you request your trial.

 

Which ESET protection tier is included in my free trial?

Absolutely! If you are using an on-premises deployment, you can request a trial online to experience cloud deployment before making the decision to switch to the cloud.

Can I have a trail for more than 99 devices?

Whilst we protect businesses of any size, our free trial is available only for up to 99 devices.

Pricing and payment FAQ

Does ESET offer automatic renewal?

Yes, and when you purchase online automatic renewal is enabled.

ESET uses automatic renewal to ensure that your ESET subscriptions and products are always up to date and providing continuous, year-round protection.

When automatic renewal is enabled, we use the payment details that we have on file for you to automatically renew your subscription at the end of your subscription period. We will, of course, inform you about upcoming automatic renewal and about the cost of renewal 30 days before your renewal date (for annual subscriptions), and after your subscription automatically renews we will email you the transaction details.

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time after logging into your account using your activation key (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
