Where can I find my Subscripton Code/Public ID?

When you purchased an ESET subscription, you received an email from ESET containing next steps along with other important subscription information. This subscription email was sent to the email address you used at the time of purchase. If you are unable to locate the email, please check your junk or spam folder.

If your ESET protection is already installed, you can easily find your subscription details – simply open the ESET HOME app and go to the “Help and Support” section to find your subscription ID. For more info click here.

What does Cancel Subscription mean?

By canceling your subscription through this form, you will completely withdraw from your ESET subscription. You will no longer have access to your ESET account or ESET protection, meaning you will no longer be subscribed to ESET services. All installed and activated applications associated with the canceled subscription will stop working. The cancellation will take effect immediately after your request is processed, not at the end of your subscription term. Please note that this process is irreversible, so make sure this is what you intend to do.

What happens after I submit this form?

Immediately after submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. This email confirms that we have received your cancellation request. Your request will then be processed to determine whether you are eligible for a refund. This process can take several days. Once the process is complete, we will notify you by email that you are no longer subscribed to ESET services.

If you have not received a decision after 30 days, or if you have already received the follow-up email but your subscription is still active, please contact us through customer support.

How do I know if I am eligible for refund?

This depends on when the purchase took place and your place of residence. In general, refunds are typically available if you cancel within 14 [or 30, based on local moneyback policy] days of your purchase. However, this may vary depending on your specific situation and the reason for your cancellation.

However, this will cancel your ESET protection immediately after the request is processed. If you would like to continue using your ESET protection until the end of your subscription term, please consider canceling only auto-renewal. This way, you can remain protected and decide at the end of your subscription period whether you would like to keep ESET protection.

I purchased subscription for wrong amount of devices. Do I have to cancel my subscription and buy a new one or can I edit my subscription?

If you purchased protection for more devices than needed and are still eligible for a refund, consider canceling your subscription as it might be the most practical solution.

If you would like to increase the number of devices or extend the subscription period, there is no need to cancel. You can upgrade or expand your subscription at any time.

  1. Start by logging into eStore account using your Activation key or License key.
  2. If you would like to extend your subscription period, select the “Extend” option and adjust the period or number of devices you’d like to cover.
  3. If you want to add additional devices keeping the original expiration date, select “Enlarge” and adjust number of devices you’d like to cover. We’ll match the expiry date and calculate the pro-rated price for your extra devices.
  4. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and further installation instructions.
