Tom’s Guide Reporter Marshall Honor of highlights a recent test by SE Labs, which put AV companies to the test on their ability to catch malware, and specifically ransomware. Nine security solutions were tested, four of those programs took home the “AAA” rating with protections ranging from 96 – 100 percent. ESET Smart Security 9 was one of the four solutions to receive the AAA rating.
