Company View for MSP Admins
As MSP Admin, filter data per customer. Check new section "Managed Customers" as well.
MSP administrators are now enabled to filter the data on the Dashboard per customer. This will help them to see the data and charts on the Dashboard related only to specific company based on their selection.
Another improvement is related to Reports - when creating scheduled reports, MSP administrators can filter report templates per customer.
This version of ESET PROTECT Cloud also includes a new section for MSP administrators, “Managed Customers”, with an overview of managed customers. This section displays status of Devices, Detections (Unresolved), and Licenses for each customer.

This brand-new capability actively tracks vulnerabilities in operating systems and common applications and enables automated or manual patching across all endpoints.
It scans thousands of popular applications, such as Adobe Acrobat, Mozilla Firefox, and Zoom Client, for over 35,000 common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVEs). Vulnerabilities can then be filtered and prioritized based on exposure score and severity.
The ESET Vulnerability and Patch Management inventory is constantly updated with the patch name, version of the app, CVE, patch severity, and affected applications. With it, patches can be launched automatically without delay or manually once identified, depending on what the business prefers. Organizations can simplify the patching process further by prioritizing critical assets and scheduling the remainder to off-peak times to avoid disruption.

The customers who are using ESET Cloud Office Security can now access a new preview feature with Google Workspace integration and start protecting their Gmail and Google Drive users. This is a completely new feature that will be officially launched in the upcoming months and brings an extra added value included in the current price. The activation is smooth and easy. You log in to the Console, go to Quick links -> Preview feature, and activate it. Check all the details in Online Help.

Redesigned Firewall
New rule editor with redesigned both primary view and editing view of any rule. It now includes rule merging options or full text search too!
Firewall is one of the basic protection layers since many years and we have collected user reported improvement requests, as well as did we identify modernization potential over the course of time. Finally, in ESET Endpoint Security version 10.1 there is a significant overhaul of visual controls with real impact in firewall configuration and usage.
If you run the firewall in automatic mode and prefer to keep out-of-the-box settings, the following lines will be only for your consideration and you can rely that everything works as usual.
However if you deal with network profiles, rule sets or otherwise restrict the traffic, you will encounter a lot of comfort- or usability-driven tweaks. A major one is the completely new rule editor, that is not only available from remote console and locally in endpoint, including rule merging options or full text search, but it now brings a brand-new application-oriented view.
